5. The teeth of the pulley must be at right angles to the running direction of the belt.

6. The parallelism of the main shaft of the driving wheel and the driven wheel is controlled at about tangent=1/1000. Incorrect shaft position directly affects the service life.

7. If the belt on the driving wheel is offset to one side, move the driven wheel to adjust it and adjust the pressure of the tensioning wheel.

8. During starting, if the center distance changes, the belt loosens, and the gear jumps, check whether the pulley frame is loose and whether the shaft positioning is inaccurate. Adjust and reinforce.

9. The timing belt must be properly tensioned according to different models and bandwidth during installation.

10. The tensioning wheel must be installed on the loose side of the drive.
