The synchronous belt is a ring belt with steel wire rope or glass fiber as a strong layer and polyurethane or neoprene rubber as the outer layer. The inner circumference of the belt is made into a toothed shape to mesh with the toothed pulley. When driving with synchronous belt, the transmission ratio is accurate, the force on the shaft is small, the structure is compact, oil resistant, abrasion resistant, and anti-aging performance is good. Generally, the operating temperature is - 20 ℃ - 80 ℃, v<50m/s, P<300kw, and i<10. For transmission requiring synchronization, it can also be used for low-speed transmission.

1. Material/material of rubber synchronous belt: high-quality synthetic neoprene+imported high-quality glass fiber rope+nylon 66 high elastic cloth on the surface of belt teeth+various auxiliary materials for different purposes;


2. Polyurethane timing belt material/material: polyurethane belt back+steel wire rope (or polyester wire rope) tensile layer+polyurethane belt teeth


3. Material/material of timing pulley: according to your machine, heavy or light. The commonly used materials of pulley are aluminum alloy, steel, cast iron, stainless steel, nylon, copper, plastic, POM polyformaldehyde plastic (Saigang), etc. Among them, 45 # and aluminum alloy are more common.
